Future Hub ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

• Phone number — for OTP authentication
• Display name — chosen by you during account setup
• Delivery info (building & apartment) — for order fulfillment only
• Location — for distance calculation only, not stored on our servers
• Orders history & reviews — to improve service
• Device ID (FCM Token) — for push notifications
• Business data (for business owners) — name, location, opening hours

• Operating the app and delivering its services (orders, reviews, offers)
• Sending notifications related to your orders
• Improving the user experience
• Content review by the admin team to ensure quality

We do not use your data for any commercial purposes outside the app.

We do not sell or share your data with any third party, except:

• Firebase (Google) — storage and authentication services
• Google Cloud servers — hosting only

These parties are bound by strict privacy policies under data protection laws.

We use Google Firebase services with high security standards. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the authorized admin team only.

لا نستخدم بياناتك لأغراض تجارية خارج نطاق التطبيق.

• Firebase (Google) — خدمات التخزين والمصادقة
• خوادم Google Cloud — الاستضافة فقط
